Recent Southfork Hotel Review: "We were on a shopping trip & being next to the highway made getting around very easy. There are lots of places to eat nearby & an outlet mall as well as others. It was very well priced & just outside of Dallas. The room was very clean, updated w/ceramic tile & nice fixtures. The beds were firm but comfortable. The hotel is huge so you may want to ask  for a room close to the lobby if they have it & not in front as it's noisy outside. The hallways were a sauna as on the upper floors .they don't seem to air condition them. But the air conditioning was great in the room. We'd stay there again."
